David Shaw and Richard Duby conceived "The Adventures of Chirance & Chance" as a cross border creative effort. Canada and the United States share more than hockey franchises. Both countries have thriving social/political communities that constantly question the authorities that seek to erect fences around the creative mind. It is in reaction to that fence building that Chirance & Chance came to be. We sincerely hope that our feline and canine friends strike a chord with our readers and stimulate them to question those that represent them in government.
